SeaShore Residence uses personal information only to operate the accommodation website, respond to enquiries and handle direct booking requests.

Information you may provide

• requested check-in and check-out dates;
• number of guests;
• an optional message included in your WhatsApp request;
• any additional information you voluntarily send to the host through WhatsApp.

How booking requests work

The website does not maintain an online guest account or reservation database. When you press the WhatsApp booking button, the selected dates, guest count and optional message are prepared in your browser and passed to WhatsApp so that you can send the request to the host. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp/Meta's own privacy terms.

Purposes

Information sent in a booking enquiry is used to answer your request, check availability, discuss a possible reservation and, where a reservation is agreed, take steps necessary to provide the accommodation service and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Third-party services used by the website

• GitHub Pages hosts the website and may process normal technical request/server information.
• Halkidiki Explorer data is loaded from public GitHub-hosted data files to show destination information.
• Open-Meteo is contacted to display current weather information for Perea Beach.
• Google Maps and Halkidiki Explorer open only when you choose the relevant external link.
• WhatsApp is used when you choose to send a direct booking request.

Retention

The website itself does not store booking-form submissions. Messages sent through WhatsApp may be retained by the accommodation operator for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, administer an agreed reservation, meet accounting/tax/legal requirements, or resolve a dispute.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal data, restriction or objection to certain processing, and where applicable data portability. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.

Booking Terms

Booking request, not automatic confirmation

Sending a request through this website or WhatsApp does not create a confirmed reservation. A reservation becomes confirmed only when the host explicitly confirms the requested stay and communicates the applicable booking conditions to the guest.

Availability

Dates selected on this website are enquiry dates. The website does not currently provide a live availability calendar. Availability is confirmed personally by the host.

Price, payment and cancellation

Any price, deposit, payment schedule and cancellation conditions that apply to a requested stay will be communicated before the reservation is confirmed. If specific conditions are agreed in writing with the guest, those agreed conditions form part of the reservation.

Maximum occupancy

• SeaShore A: maximum 4 guests.
• SeaShore B: maximum 6 guests.

Guest responsibility

Guests should provide accurate dates, guest numbers and other material information. A guest should not treat a request as accepted until confirmation has been received from the host.

Destination and live-information disclaimer

Weather, beach information, distances, restaurants, activities and other Halkidiki Explorer destination content are provided for travel-planning convenience. Live or third-party information may change and should not be treated as a contractual promise about the accommodation.

Applicable law

Accommodation services are provided in Greece. Mandatory consumer rights and other rules that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Cookie & Storage

The current version of seashoreresidence.com does not intentionally use advertising cookies, behavioural advertising pixels or web-analytics trackers.

Language preference

The website uses browser local storage to remember the language you selected. The stored key is seashoreLanguage. This preference is used only to present the website in your chosen language and can be removed by clearing site data in your browser.

External requests

The website requests public destination data from GitHub-hosted Halkidiki Explorer files and weather data from Open-Meteo. Standard internet connection information, such as an IP address and technical request data, may therefore be processed by those service providers when your browser makes those requests.

External links

If you choose to open WhatsApp, Google Maps or Halkidiki Explorer, you leave or interact with services outside this website. Those services operate under their own privacy and storage policies.

Consent banner

Because the current website does not intentionally install non-essential analytics or advertising trackers, it does not currently display a marketing-cookie consent banner. If such technologies are added in the future, this policy and the website's consent mechanism should be reviewed before they are activated.
